Adam Peltzman

I am the Founder and President of Health and Benefits Partners, where I work closely with employers to simplify the increasingly complex world of employee benefits, risk management, and workforce strategies. With more than 25 years of industry experience, I built Health and Benefits Partners on a simple philosophy: combine expert guidance with exceptional service to build long-term relationships rooted in trust.

I began my career working with individuals and families, helping clients navigate health insurance and financial planning decisions. Over time, I expanded my focus to include small employers, Medicare planning, and workforce benefits strategies, which has given me a well-rounded perspective on the evolving needs of both businesses and individuals.

I take a hands-on and responsive approach when partnering with business owners and leadership teams to help them make informed decisions around employee benefits strategy, cost management, compliance, and long-term financial wellness. I believe the strongest client relationships are built through proactive guidance, accessibility, and consistently doing what is in the client’s best interest.

Under my leadership, Health and Benefits Partners has grown into a full-service advisory firm serving approximately 1,000 employer groups and supported by a team of more than 20 professionals.

I hold the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU®) designations, reflecting my expertise in both employee benefits and financial planning.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, three children, two dogs, and two cats.
