Alyssa is an Account Manager and provides administrative and client service help for Health & Benefits Partners. She previously worked for Adam on the financial side of the business, so working in health insurance is new for her. Her responsibilities include receiving and directing calls, scheduling meetings for agents and preparing both the agents and account managers for meetings.
Alyssa initially came from the hospitality industry, so she finds interacting with clients to be enjoyable. Her favorite part about working here would be her coworkers and the experiences had as a team.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband, son and their dog, Pippy.
