Beth Shannon

I work as an Account Manager at Health and Benefits Partners, supporting Adam Peltzman’s team. Much of my focus is on supporting small business clients across a variety of industries.

I manage small group renewals, new business setup and installation, and most importantly, setting up and integrating the electronic enrollment platforms we use.

Before starting at Health and Benefits Partners in 2023, I worked as an Account Manager at another brokerage firm for nearly 13 years, where I developed a deep understanding of small group employee benefits. Prior to joining the insurance industry, I spent 18 years working with two different CPA firms as an Office Administrator.

Outside of work, I enjoy morning walks, hiking and exploring with my husband, traveling, reading, and spending time with my son and dog. I am a passionate Philadelphia sports fan, with the Phillies as my favorite team. Spring is my favorite season because baseball begins and I look forward to getting out and gardening.
