Diane is an Account Executive at Health & Benefits Partners. She acts as a customer service representative. With a focus on the customer service side of the insurance sales cycle, she manages and nurtures customer relationships and leads all communications.
Diane’s responsibilities include: responding to customer inquiries, explaining coverage and premiums, informing clients on any policy or billing changes, enrollments, terminations, and facilitating the claims process between clients and the carriers. Alongside this, she works closely with the customer service representative team to enable ongoing renewals, works with the brokers and our support team and focuses on small group lines of insurance. She is a licensed insurance broker with 6 years’ experience in Health Insurance with H&B Partners, while also having 20+ years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, event/party/wedding planning and is currently renovating an old fixer-upper. Diane’s favorite part of working here is “Adam, our team, and of course, our great clients!”
