As a Strategic Account Executive at Health and Benefits Partners, I focus on client service, retention, and business development, while also supporting internal operations to help our team run efficiently.

I work closely with Jon and Laura to service existing clients, retain business, and drive new opportunities. I also support Adam in maintaining and growing his book of business. Internally, I play an active role in optimizing our service team’s systems and processes, helping improve workflows and training staff to ensure we continue to evolve and operate effectively.

I’ve been with HBP for over four years, building my experience from the ground up within our operations. This foundation gives me a well-rounded perspective on both client needs and internal execution.

In my client-facing role, I support day-to-day service needs as well as renewal strategy, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience. I also help our internal team by troubleshooting challenges and advancing the systems and processes that support our work.

I hold a Resident Licensed Insurance Producer license (Accident, Health, Life, and Fixed Annuities) and am a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
