I will celebrate my 44th anniversary in the employee benefits industry in 2026. I oversee the ongoing management of more than 130 clients, helping them stay compliant with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), follow federal COBRA guidelines, support employee education, and manage the day-to-day servicing of group medical, dental, life, and disability programs.

The ACA has created challenges that were unheard of before its inception, and navigating ACA compliance is one of the areas where my staff and I excel. My business partners, affiliates, and commitment to continuing education have helped me build a strong reputation in the industry.

The rising cost of group medical insurance plans is one of the main concerns I hear from my client base. My staff and I have designed a number of cost-saving plan structures while also taking much of the servicing burden off the employer’s Human Resources department.

I am a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I hold current licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, California, Virginia, and various other states.
