I am an Account Manager at Health and Benefits Partners, where I support our team and clients across a range of group and individual needs. I work closely with our service team, including supporting Marcy, and assist with ongoing client management and select life groups.

I bring over 30 years of experience in the health insurance industry, helping both groups and individuals with enrollments, benefits, billing, and claims. I focus on making the process as clear and manageable as possible, so clients feel confident in their decisions.

I take a patient and supportive approach in my work, helping clients navigate what can often feel like a complex system. My goal is always to provide clarity, reduce stress, and ensure each client has the information they need to choose the right coverage for their situation.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping things simple. I spend my time reading, going for walks, and tending to my gardens. These quiet hobbies help me stay balanced and grounded, except when the Eagles are playing.
