I work with small and mid-sized businesses to design, implement, and manage employee benefits strategies that are practical, sustainable, and easy to understand. Whether a company has 2 employees or 200, they receive the same level of attention and service needed to navigate the complexities of small business health insurance.

I bring over 18 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, with a background that spans sales, service, operations, and strategy. This well-rounded experience gives me a clear understanding of how decisions impact day-to-day administration, employee experience, and long-term business outcomes.

Because of that, I don’t just approach benefits from a high-level advisory standpoint. I focus on anticipating challenges, streamlining processes, and delivering practical solutions that work in the real world.

I take something as complex as insurance and break it down into clear, straightforward terms so business owners can make confident decisions without feeling overwhelmed. From initial implementation through ongoing management, my goal is to make the process as seamless as possible and to operate as a true extension of each client’s business.

Outside of work, I spend time with my wife and two children. Weekends are often filled with coaching flag football and soccer or attending dance recitals, and when I can, I enjoy going to local professional sports games, teaching classes at the YMCA, and attempting to master smoking meat.
