As Operations & Communications Manager at Health and Benefits Partners, I focus on strategy, implementation, and data management to support the internal team and ensure operations run smoothly.

I support the team by bringing structure and organization to day-to-day operations, helping implement and troubleshoot new technologies and software, and contributing to growth strategy and planning.

I graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Communications, which supports my approach to clear, organized, and effective internal operations.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, watching movies, listening to music, playing guitar, and playing Magic: The Gathering. I also enjoy spending time with my fiancée, Sam, and our cat, Bento.
